About Clair

Teaching yoga, for me, is compassionately guiding students through a traditional practice. Yoga has brought me peace of mind and an ability to let go of old wounds. This is what I bring my students both as individuals as well as group study. Yoga has always been more than a physical practice. Even when I started studying on my own as a child, I felt the deep inter-connectivity of the practice and of my life. When I eventually entered a studio, it changed my life and created a passion to teach yoga.

My teacher training had a traditional and Jivamukta base. It deepen my respect and love of yoga, while fueling my love of intellect with historical and symbolic study. During my training I developed a love of Ashtanga and traditional yoga practices, though I also enjoy teaching Meditation and Vinyasa, as well as sequences for auto-immune aliments.
